Living in a second floor flat with no lift I was very concerned when the double cylinder water tank 7foot high in a close fitting airing cupboard developed a fault. From the first call out through advise on replacement options, removal of the tank to the fitting of a far smaller tank connected to the mains, Diamond Heating & Plumbing were professional, knowledgeable & answered numerous questions very patiently. Work wise they were so quiet, no noise or radio. The old tank was removed quietly with no mess nor damage to flat or communal stairwell. Not only is there more space in the airing coupboard but now the hot taps pressure is amazing compared to before. Thoroughly recommend the whole team from first contact to end result.
